During the first trimester, a pregnant woman can be massaged lying face-up (supine) and face-down (prone). 

After the first trimester, it is no longer possible to lie prone on the massage table.  At this point, the massage is done with the pregnant woman lying on her side with pillows to make her comfortable.  Some of the massage is done with the woman on her back and propped up in a reclining position.

A one hour massage is $70.  That is 60 minutes of time on the table plus time to discuss your treatment plan, get on and off the table, etc.  A 90 minute massage is $100. 

The only exception to this is the initial Mayan Abdominal Massage session which is two hours in length and $100.  The treatment itself is not two hours long but this time frame allows for a longer discussion of your medical history and time to teach you the self care procedure so you can continue your care at home.

I am available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Fertile Ground Wellness Center.  I can also come in on other days, if necessary.  Housecall appointments are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.  Evening appointments are available.
